The role supports large-scale kitchen operations and requires attention to hygiene and consistency.
Job responsibilities
- Prepare artisan, traditional, and creative sweets and desserts, including gulab jamun, rasgulla, laddoo, halwa, barfi, and mithai truffles.
- Assist senior chefs with high-volume sweet production for daily meals and special occasions.
- Follow hygiene protocols and maintain a clean sweets preparation area.
- Store khoya, ghee, sugar syrups, dry fruits, and other ingredients properly.
- Support festival and celebration service with customized sweet preparations.
- Follow standard recipes, portion sizes, and presentation techniques.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to deliver timely, quality output.
Experience and qualifications
- Three years of Halwai experience is required.
- Three years of chaat experience is required.
- Hands-on experience in large-scale kitchen operations.
- Familiarity with hygiene standards and consistency in preparation.
Pay
- AED 1,600–1,800 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
