Handles daily accounting operations using Tally, maintains and reconciles financial records, processes transactions, and prepares reports.
Supports accurate and timely financial reporting while ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation using Tally.
- Reconcile accounts and balance sheets for consistency and accuracy.
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts; perform data entry in Tally.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct periodic audits and assist with external audit preparation.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.
- Collaborate with departments to gather and verify financial data.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Certified Tally Accountant or equivalent Tally certification.
- Three years of accountant experience and three years of Tally experience.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Attention to detail, accuracy in record-keeping, organization, and time management.
Pay
- AED 2,500 per month.
