Guest service and table management
- Greet guests, escort them to assigned tables, present menus, explain specials, and answer menu-related questions.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, repeat them to confirm, serve promptly, and check guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest complaints politely and escalate when necessary.
- Set up tables with linens, cutlery, glassware, and condiments; keep tables tidy and reset them efficiently after guests leave.
Orders, sales, and payments
- Enter orders accurately in the POS system and coordinate with the kitchen and bar for timely preparation.
- Serve dishes to the correct guests according to service sequence standards.
- Suggest additional items and promote special dishes and seasonal offers.
- Present bills, process payments, and return change or receipts accurately; handle cash, card, and digital payments responsibly.
Hygiene and teamwork
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards, maintain personal grooming and a clean uniform, and report hazards or broken equipment.
- Assist colleagues during busy periods and communicate customer needs to kitchen and service teams.
Requirements
- Three years of waiter experience is required.
Pay
- Pay is AED 1,250–1,400 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person.
