The employer is seeking a skilled, experienced Halwai Commi II for preparing sweets and traditional desserts in large-scale kitchen operations.
The role requires familiarity with hygiene standards and consistent preparation.
Responsibilities
- Prepare artisan and traditional sweets, mithai truffles, and desserts including gulab jamun, rasgulla, laddoo, halwa, and barfi.
- Assist senior chefs with high-volume sweet production for daily meals and special occasions.
- Follow hygiene protocols and keep the sweets preparation area clean.
- Store khoya, ghee, sugar syrups, dry fruits, and other ingredients properly.
- Support festival and celebration preparations with customized sweets.
- Follow standard recipes, portion sizes, and presentation techniques.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely, quality output.
Requirements
- Three years of Halwai experience is required.
- Three years of Chaat experience is required.
- Hands-on experience in large-scale kitchen operations and familiarity with hygiene standards and consistent preparation are required.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 1,600–1,800 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person in Dubai.
