Responsibilities
- Greet customers and escort them to their tables.
- Present menus and explain available dishes and beverages.
- Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen.
- Serve orders and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables and the service area.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in the UAE, preferably in food and beverage.
- Previous experience in restaurants or customer service.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Good knowledge of menus and hygiene and safety standards.
- English proficiency is a plus.
