Global Hospitality / Grain Restaurants is seeking an experienced Barista with a strong background in hot and cold beverages and specialty coffee.
Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality hot and cold beverages.
- Make specialty coffee drinks, including espresso, latte, and flat white.
- Adjust grinders and prepare espresso consistently.
- Follow approved recipes and beverage standards.
- Keep the bar area and equipment clean and organized.
- Provide friendly and professional service to guests.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in the UAE; F&B experience is preferred.
- Previous experience as a Barista.
- Good knowledge of specialty coffee and brewing methods.
- Experience preparing hot and cold beverages.
- Knowledge of espresso machines and grinders.
- Strong attention to quality, cleanliness, and teamwork.
