Global Hospitality / Grain Restaurants is seeking an IT Support Officer to support restaurant operations and office systems, maintain company technology, and resolve day-to-day technical issues.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to restaurant and office staff.
- Maintain and troubleshoot POS systems, cashier devices, and printers.
- Support computers, internet, networks, and email systems.
- Assist with inventory, ordering, and delivery platform systems when required.
- Diagnose technical issues and coordinate with service providers when needed.
- Ensure IT equipment across office and restaurant locations is working properly.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in IT support.
- Knowledge of restaurant systems, especially POS, is a strong advantage.
- Experience with computers, printers, networks, and internet troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to support multiple locations and work well with a team.
- Reliable, organized, and responsive.
