The Store Keeper manages inventory and storerooms in an F&B setting.
The role coordinates with the kitchen and purchasing.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in the UAE; F&B experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in inventory systems and Excel.
- Knowledge of HACCP or food safety standards.
- Accuracy in stock counts and reporting, and ability to work under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect goods against purchase orders.
- Organize stock according to FIFO/FEFO.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and monthly reports.
- Monitor expiry dates and reduce waste.
- Coordinate with the chef and purchasing.
