Create high-quality video content for real estate properties, social media platforms, marketing campaigns, and company branding.
The role requires filming and video editing skills and the ability to present properties and the brand professionally.
Key responsibilities
- Film videos and photograph properties, agents, projects, and company events.
- Create content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social platforms.
- Edit videos and produce property walkthroughs, reels, promotional videos, and short-form content.
- Ensure appropriate lighting, framing, sound, and overall video quality.
- Work with marketing and sales teams and follow company branding and style.
- Add music, captions, transitions, graphics, and effects when needed.
- Organize media files and attend property launches, events, and company activities to capture content.
- Follow social media trends, meet deadlines, and maintain company cameras and equipment.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a videographer, content creator, or similar professional.
- Good knowledge of cameras, lighting, audio, and video equipment; strong video editing skills.
- Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
- Experience in real estate or social media content is an advantage.
- Creative mindset, attention to detail, and understanding of social platforms and video formats.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- A portfolio of previous work is preferred.

Work location and conditions
- Work location is in person.
