Develop and implement marketing activities promoting the company, its properties, and real estate services across digital and traditional channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop marketing strategies and campaigns for company properties and services.
- Create and manage content for social media channels including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Prepare property advertisements, listings, brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Take and coordinate property photos, videos, reels, and other marketing content.
- Manage social media accounts and the content calendar.
- Coordinate with sales and leasing teams on property availability, offers, and marketing needs.
- Upload and update property listings on relevant real estate platforms.
- Monitor campaigns and prepare basic performance reports.
- Research market trends, competitors, and marketing opportunities.
- Coordinate external suppliers and support property events, launches, open houses, and promotions.
- Ensure marketing materials meet branding and professional standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous marketing experience; real estate or property-related experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Knowledge of Canva, Microsoft Office, and basic photo/video editing tools.
- Creative mindset, strong attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi/UAE real estate market is an advantage.
