The company is seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agent.
The role involves generating leads, building client relationships, and guiding clients through property transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, online platforms, and cold calling.
- Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
- Research property values, market trends, and competitive listings.
- Present and market properties to buyers and tenants.
- Support clients through negotiation and closing.
- Maintain databases of listings, clients, and prospects.
- Build long-term relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
- Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.
Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience in real estate sales or a related field is preferred.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and networking skills are required.
- Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is an advantage.
- The role requires independent work and collaboration with a team.
- A professional appearance and customer-focused approach are required.
- A valid UAE driving license and own car are preferred.
- Fluent English is required.
- Arabic or additional languages are a plus.
