Job Summary

Content Production

• Film high-quality videos and photos of properties, agents, projects, and company events.
• Create property walkthroughs, reels, promotional videos, and short-form social media content.
• Create content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
• Work with marketing and sales teams to understand content requirements.

Editing and Quality

• Edit videos using professional video editing software.
• Ensure proper lighting, framing, sound, and overall video quality.
• Add suitable music, captions, transitions, graphics, and effects when required.
• Prepare videos according to the company's branding and style.

File and Equipment Management

• Organize and maintain video and photo files and media folders.
• Maintain and properly handle company cameras, equipment, and accessories.
• Attend property launches, events, and company activities to capture content.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Videographer, Content Creator, or in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of cameras, lighting, audio, and video equipment.
• Strong video editing skills.
• Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
• Experience in real estate or social media content is an advantage.
• Good understanding of social media platforms and video formats.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• A portfolio of previous work is preferred.

Working Conditions

• The role may require regular travel to property locations, project sites, offices, and events within Abu Dhabi and other areas of the UAE.
