Videographer

Role summary

Filming and content production

• Film videos and photograph properties, agents, projects, and company events.
• Create content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
• Produce property walkthroughs, reels, promotional videos, and short-form social media content.
• Ensure suitable lighting, framing, sound, and overall video quality.
• Work with marketing and sales teams to understand content requirements.
• Prepare videos according to company branding and style, using music, captions, transitions, graphics, and effects when required.

Editing and media management

• Edit videos using professional video editing software.
• Organize and maintain video and photo files and media folders.
• Complete projects within agreed deadlines.
• Maintain and properly handle company cameras, equipment, and accessories.

Events and trends

• Attend property launches, events, and company activities to capture content.
• Keep up with current social media trends and creative video styles.

Experience and capabilities

• Previous experience as a videographer, content creator, or in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of cameras, lighting, audio, and video equipment, and strong video editing skills.
• Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
• Creative mindset, attention to detail, and understanding of social media platforms and video formats.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Real estate or social media content experience is an advantage; a portfolio of previous work is preferred.

Working conditions

• The role may require regular travel to property locations, project sites, offices, and events within Abu Dhabi and other areas of the UAE.
