Videographer / Video Editor

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Film residential and commercial properties, including apartments, villas, and off-plan projects.
• Create short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms.
• Edit property tours, promotional videos, agent introductions, client testimonials, and marketing campaigns.
• Develop creative concepts and video content strategies with the marketing team.
• Capture footage using cameras, gimbals, lighting, drones, and other equipment where appropriate.
• Add music, transitions, subtitles, color grading, sound effects, and motion graphics.
• Produce content featuring agents, property launches, investment opportunities, and market updates.
• Align videos with company brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Organize video files, footage, and project assets; meet deadlines and adapt videos to platform formats.
• Stay updated on social media trends, video styles, and editing techniques.

Requirements and preferences

• Proven videography and video editing experience; portfolio demonstrating filming, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software.
• Experience creating vertical videos and short-form social media content.
• Knowledge of camera operation, lighting, audio recording, and color grading.
• Creativity, attention to detail, strong visual sense, ability to work independently, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Real estate or property marketing experience is an advantage.
• Photography skills and motion graphics knowledge are a plus.
• Drone filming experience is an advantage, subject to applicable permissions and regulations.
• Candidates currently residing in the UAE are preferred.

• Work location is in person.

Pay

• Pay is AED 2,000.00 per month.
