Join a Dubai real estate team as a property consultant, working across sales, leasing, and off-plan markets.
Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, prospecting, referrals, and follow-ups.
- Assist clients buying, selling, or renting residential and commercial properties; promote off-plan projects and investment opportunities.
- Build relationships with clients, investors, landlords, and property owners.
- Conduct viewings, client meetings, and project presentations; negotiate offers and facilitate transactions.
- Maintain client records and follow up on leads using the company CRM.
- Track Dubai property trends, prices, and new developments; work toward sales targets and close deals.
Requirements
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a strong target-driven sales mindset.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn; fluency in English is required.
- Previous real estate or sales experience is an advantage but is described as not mandatory.
- Dubai market knowledge is an advantage; a UAE driving licence is preferred.
- Meet applicable UAE real estate licensing requirements before undertaking regulated brokerage activities.

Compensation
