About the role

Key responsibilities

• Develop SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and search rankings.
• Research Dubai real estate keywords covering sales, rentals, off-plan projects, and investment opportunities.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, metadata, headings, URLs, and internal links.
• Audit and address website speed, mobile usability, indexing, crawling, and site structure issues.
• Develop local SEO strategies and optimize Google Business Profile and local search presence.
• Coordinate SEO-focused content plans with content and marketing teams.
• Build quality backlinks through ethical link-building and digital PR.
• Use analytics, search console, and SEO tools to monitor performance and track rankings, traffic, conversions, and leads.
• Analyze competitors and find opportunities to outperform competing real estate agencies.
• Report results, insights, recommendations, KPIs, and action plans.
• Improve organic visibility, qualified traffic, website enquiries, and rankings for Dubai property searches.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or SEO Expert.
• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, technical, and local SEO.
• Experience with keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and professional SEO tools.
• Knowledge of WordPress or another website content management system.
• Understanding of SEO content strategy and conversion rate optimization.
• Real estate, property portal, or UAE market experience is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and demonstrate measurable results.

Pay

• The description states pay of AED 2,500 per hour; the structured salary field states AED 2,500 per month.
