Alliance Capital is seeking ambitious, self-motivated real estate brokers for its Dubai team.
The role focuses on client relationships, identifying market opportunities, and closing property transactions.
Key responsibilities
- Generate business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and lead follow-ups.
- Assist clients with buying, selling, renting, and investing in residential and commercial properties.
- Build relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and investors; understand their needs and recommend suitable properties.
- Conduct viewings, meetings, and project presentations; negotiate offers and transaction terms.
- Maintain client, listing, and transaction records in the CRM system.
- Monitor market trends, new launches, and property prices; follow up on inquiries and meet sales targets.
- Comply with applicable Dubai real estate regulations and company policies.
Candidate requirements
- Previous experience in real estate sales or leasing is preferred.
- Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills are required.
- Knowledge of Dubai's real estate market is advantageous; ability to build a client network and generate business independently is sought.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are advantageous.
- A UAE driving licence and access to a vehicle are preferred.
- A RERA broker card is preferred; candidates must meet applicable licensing requirements for regulated brokerage activities.
Compensation and benefits
- Pay is AED 1,000 per month, with a basic salary plus commission on closed deals.
- Performance-based earning potential, marketing and administrative support, and professional development opportunities are offered.
