Full-time Property Consultant opportunity with Alliance Capital Properties in Dubai.
The employer welcomes applicants with real estate experience or those starting a career in the industry.
Key responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities; assist clients buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
- Promote off-plan projects and investment opportunities; generate leads through networking, prospecting, referrals, and follow-ups.
- Build relationships with clients, investors, landlords, and property owners; conduct viewings, meetings, and project presentations.
- Negotiate offers, facilitate transactions, maintain client records and follow up in the company CRM.
- Track Dubai market trends, prices, and developments; work toward sales targets and close deals.
Requirements
- At least one year of direct sales experience; previous real estate experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; strong sales mindset, target-driven attitude, self-motivation, and willingness to learn.
- Fluency in English. Additional languages are a plus.
- Dubai real estate market knowledge is an advantage; a UAE driving licence is preferred.
- Must meet applicable UAE real estate licensing requirements before undertaking regulated brokerage activities.
Compensation and benefits
- Basic salary plus commission-based compensation with earning potential; stated pay is AED 2,000 per month.
