The Opportunity

Supplier Relationships and Governance

• Build supplier account plans, relationship maps, governance frameworks, engagement models, and executive sponsorship models.
• Develop supplier segmentation and define governance requirements, engagement cadence, and performance expectations for each tier.
• Facilitate executive supplier meetings and drive collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Onboarding and Performance

• Own supplier onboarding and lifecycle management, including registration, qualification, onboarding, recertification, and supplier master data controls.
• Lead the Vendor Management team and monitor onboarding cycle times, backlogs, service levels, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Maintain supplier KPIs, SLAs, scorecards, and performance frameworks; lead remediation for underperforming suppliers.

Reviews, Risk, and Value

• Own the annual supplier governance and review calendar and lead Quarterly Business Reviews with strategic suppliers.
• Prepare executive scorecards, supplier performance packs, governance dashboards, and reporting.
• Coordinate supplier risk assessments, mitigation, risk registers, business continuity reviews, and governance compliance.
• Identify supplier consolidation, optimisation, development, innovation, cost efficiency, and value-creation opportunities.

Supplier Experience and Leadership

• Monitor supplier payment performance, aged invoices, overdue receipts, and invoice-resolution metrics; coordinate issue resolution.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve supplier escalations and improve supplier experience.
• Coach and develop Vendor Management personnel and provide supplier insights to Supply Chain leadership.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 7–10 years of experience in vendor management, SRM, supplier governance, procurement, or supply chain.
• Demonstrated experience leading QBRs, supplier governance programmes, supplier onboarding, and supplier performance reviews.
• Experience leading and developing vendor management or supplier governance teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, negotiation, and issue-resolution skills.
• Experience using Coupa, SAP Ariba, Oracle, SAP, or an equivalent procurement platform.
