The opportunity

Key responsibilities

• Manage client and senior stakeholder relationships; communicate progress, align expectations, escalate decisions and risks, and identify opportunities.
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables, plans, and resources across concurrent workstreams; track milestones, dependencies, risks, and mitigation actions.
• Coordinate commercial, delivery, technical, data science, and engineering teams across onsite and offshore delivery models.
• Maintain quality assurance and review deliverables; mentor project managers and coordinators in delivery best practices.
• Manage program budgets and financial governance; provide timely financial and governance reporting.
• Identify opportunities to expand AI services and support proposals and pitches for new business.
• Comply with applicable laws, standards, and company policies; complete mandatory security, privacy, continuity, and HSE training; report incidents and handle information confidentially.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of program and project management experience with proven delivery impact and customer satisfaction.
• Experience running large, multi-stream programs such as cloud migration, application modernization and implementation, or AI solutions implementation.
• Knowledge of Agile, PMBOK, and structured delivery governance.
• Leadership, communication, and people skills to influence and align stakeholders across functions.
• Understanding of program financials and ability to support financial governance and reporting.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience managing software development or technology projects.
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project or program management accreditation.
• Master’s degree or other relevant higher education.
