Key Responsibilities:
Design and optimize user journeys and experiences.
Develop and maintain a unified Design System.
Create and supervise interactive prototypes and wireframes.
Ensure compliance with WCAG and W3C accessibility standards.
Conduct usability reviews and improve overall user experience.
Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and designers to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in UX/UI and government services design.
- Strong knowledge of UX methodologies, accessibility standards, and design systems.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
