The Junior Digital Designer supports development and maintenance of digital products and design systems.
The role is based in Doha, Qatar; the job type is described as yearly renewable.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and expand the Figma design system.
- Create components, patterns, templates, and UI assets.
- Design responsive websites, dashboards, portals, and applications.
- Convert wireframes and requirements into high-quality UI designs and prototypes.
- Maintain consistency in typography, spacing, colors, and layouts.
- Collaborate with UX, product, development, and senior design teams.
- Support design reviews and continuous product improvements.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in digital design, UI/UX, or product design.
- Strong Figma skills in components, Auto Layout, variants, and prototyping.
- Understanding of design systems, responsive design, and UI/UX principles.
- Strong visual skills and attention to detail.
- Portfolio demonstrating digital or product design work.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred experience
- Experience with dashboards, enterprise platforms, data visualization, accessibility, or large-scale digital products is preferred.
