Role overview

Responsibilities

• Own ERP operations, production support, incident management, and service continuity across D365 F&O and Power Automate.
• Develop and maintain ERP customizations, plugins, modules, integrations, and .NET applications.
• Govern Level 2 support teams and vendors, manage escalations, and drive root-cause analysis and preventive actions.
• Assess business requirements, review technical designs, and oversee enhancements, integrations, and solution delivery.
• Maintain scalable, secure, cost-effective ERP architecture and compliance with organizational policies and audit requirements.
• Monitor platform performance, storage, resource utilization, and operational KPIs for continuous improvement.
• Implement AI-driven automation, AI Agents, and Copilot Studio solutions; MCP integration experience is an advantage.
• Define sourcing strategies across in-house teams, outsourcing, and staff augmentation; assess vendor capabilities and cost-effectiveness.
• Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, runbooks, and ITSM processes.

Required qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 8 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and Power Automate, including development, customizations, plugins, and modules.
• 5 years of hands-on .NET application development experience.
• Experience in enterprise application operations, service management, and vendor governance.
• Knowledge of incident, problem, and change management, solution design, and business process optimization.
• Experience using AI technologies to automate repetitive tasks.
• Familiarity with ManageEngine, Jira, or Microsoft Planner.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills.

Preferred skills

• AI Agent and Microsoft Copilot Studio implementation.
• Dynamics 365 F&O MCP and AI Agent integrations.
• Knowledge of COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001, or NIST frameworks.
• A relevant master’s degree and Arabic proficiency are preferred, not mandatory.
