Responsibilities
- Lead Oracle Fusion Payroll configuration, implementation, and enhancements.
- Configure payroll elements, Fast Formula, balances, costing, and payroll flows.
- Manage Core HR configurations and payroll data migration using HDL/HSDL.
- Develop and support OIC integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and banking/WPS integrations.
- Build reports using BI Publisher, OTBI, and HCM Extracts.
- Conduct SIT, UAT, payroll parallel runs, and defect resolution.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders and implementation vendors to support successful payroll go-live.
Must-have skills and experience
- Oracle Fusion Payroll implementation and configuration; Fast Formula and Core HR.
- HDL/HSDL, payroll data migration, Oracle Integration Cloud, and API integrations.
- BI Publisher, OTBI, HCM Extracts, payroll testing, SIT/UAT, and parallel runs.
- Experience with two to three successful payroll go-lives.
Preferred experience
- UAE/GCC payroll experience, including WPS and end-of-service gratuity, is preferred.
