Role overview
Lead end-to-end quality assurance for mobile, web, and backend applications.
The role covers manual and automated testing, API and integration testing, performance validation, and application reliability, security, and quality across the development lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Design and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases.
- Automate testing for web, React Native mobile, and APIs.
- Perform cross-platform, integration, regression, and performance testing.
- Test Azure cloud services, Next.js applications, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 integrations.
- Validate authentication, data integrity, security, and system performance.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and report defects.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and establish QA best practices.
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of QA experience, including 5+ years in test automation.
- Strong skills in Python, Pytest, Appium, Playwright, Postman, and Allure Reports.
- Experience with Azure cloud services, API testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of React Native, Next.js, JMeter/K6, SQL, Oracle, Cosmos DB, and MongoDB.
- Experience with Jira, Zephyr, and GenAI for test automation and test case generation.
Preferred qualifications
- Arabic proficiency, Figma, and experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Bimodal IT environments are preferred.
