Lead end-to-end delivery of a large ServiceNow transformation consolidating legacy ITSM and GRC platforms onto a single ServiceNow instance.
Role location is Jeddah, Saudi Arabia; the contract is yearly renewable.
Key responsibilities
- Own programme planning, scope, budget, risk, quality, and timelines.
- Lead phased rollout of ITSM/ITOM, BCM, IRM, TPRM, and Data Privacy modules.
- Manage legacy platform migration, data migration, cutover, and decommissioning.
- Coordinate integrations with Oracle ERP, JIRA, and other internal systems.
- Manage the implementation partner, developers, architects, and consultants.
- Run steering committees, status reporting, RAID logs, and change control.
- Align with the CIO office and business stakeholders on requirements, acceptance, and go-live.
- Ensure compliance with SAMA and information security requirements.
Must-have qualifications
- 8+ years in IT project management, including 3+ years delivering ServiceNow programmes.
- Experience delivering multiple ServiceNow modules; ITSM plus GRC/IRM is ideal.
- Legacy ITSM/GRC migration experience, such as BMC Helix, Archer, or similar.
- Integration delivery experience involving ERP, JIRA, or APIs.
- Banking or financial services background.
- Arabic speakers are preferred.
