Key responsibilities
- Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and reporting.
- Establish PMO frameworks, track project progress, and align work with strategic objectives.
- Coordinate consultants, vendors, business teams, IT, risk, compliance, and operations.
- Define deliverables, monitor performance, and facilitate steering committee meetings.
- Oversee requirements gathering, prioritization, and implementation planning.
- Lead system testing, UAT, go-live activities, and product enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with banking policies, procedures, operational standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify automation, risk reduction, and operational efficiency opportunities.
Requirements and qualifications
- At least 10 years of relevant experience, including 5–6 years in banking or IT operations supervisory/project management.
- Strong PMO governance and full project lifecycle delivery experience.
- Understanding of Home Banking, ATM Management Systems, Card Management Systems, Foreign Trade, Treasury products, and other banking operations products.
- Experience with banking applications, payment systems, business requirements, system testing, and UAT.
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Strong leadership, planning, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in both English and Arabic.
