Role Overview
Coordinate transport, fleet, trailer, and machinery administration for construction or contracting operations.
The role requires at least two years of relevant experience and hands-on GPS tracking experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor GPS tracking and track the movement, location, utilization, and availability of vehicles and machinery.
- Prepare timesheets, verify attendance and operating hours, and coordinate assignments with drivers and operators.
- Maintain records for trailers, machinery, drivers, operators, registration, insurance, permits, and related documents.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly fleet reports and follow up on incomplete timesheets or attendance records.
- Coordinate with Fleet, Transport, Workshop, HR, Admin, and Project teams.
- Use MS Excel, MS Word, and other MS Office applications for reporting and record keeping.
Requirements
- At least two years of relevant fleet, transport, machinery, or construction administration experience.
- Hands-on GPS vehicle or machinery tracking experience.
- Experience preparing driver and operator timesheets.
- Understanding of fleet, trailer, machinery, and transport operations.
- Hindi or Urdu communication skills are mandatory.
- Good MS Office knowledge, especially MS Excel and MS Word.
- Strong communication, coordination, follow-up, attention to detail, and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- UAE or GCC construction or contracting experience is preferred.
Pay
- Pay is AED 2,000 to AED 4,000 per month.
Work Location
- Work is in person.
