Experienced planning engineer role focused on road and infrastructure project planning, coordination, and execution.
Projects are to be delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.

Responsibilities
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for road and infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to support smooth execution.
- Conduct site visits to assess feasibility and identify risks and challenges.
- Develop engineering designs and drawings.
- Prepare proposals, reports, and presentations for clients and management.
- Ensure regulatory and safety compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
- Provide technical support to field engineers, technicians, and project teams.
- Maintain design specifications, progress reports, and change orders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in road and infrastructure planning and execution.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Problem-solving ability and capacity to meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of applicable road and infrastructure regulatory and safety standards.
- Ability to travel to project sites as required.
- At least 4 years of Primavera P6 experience and 3 years of infrastructure and road works experience.
- UAE equivalency certificate is required.
Compensation
- Full-time role paying from AED 10,000 per month.
