Training Consultant role focused on sales of training programs and converting prospects into enrolled students.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote products and services.
- Follow up on marketing-generated leads and convert prospects into course enrollments.
- Promote relevant courses to meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Build client relationships, address questions, and provide accurate course, schedule, and benefit information tailored to client needs.
- Serve as the primary client contact through the sales process and deliver a positive customer experience.
- Research client training needs and tailor the sales approach.
- Suggest course-offering improvements based on client feedback and market trends.
- Record sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of telesales or inside sales experience.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Training industry background is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills and a record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to engage clients and understand their needs.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
