Coordinate client relationships and operations for corporate training programs, online certification initiatives, and face-to-face retail training batches.
Client and program coordination
- Build and maintain long-term corporate client relationships through communication, support, and account coordination.
- Serve as primary contact for corporate clients, trainers, and internal stakeholders, aligning training objectives, expectations, and timelines.
- Plan, schedule, coordinate participants for, and execute corporate training programs across multiple clients.
- Coordinate participants in online certification programs and corporate training initiatives, ensuring timely communication and a smooth learning experience.
Scheduling, delivery, and improvement
- Allocate trainers and coordinate sessions and calendars to support resource utilization and smooth delivery.
- Monitor training quality and participant experience, address concerns, and maintain service standards.
- Follow up after training to gather feedback, evaluate effectiveness, and identify improvements.
- Support face-to-face retail training batches through scheduling, participant communication, and operational coordination.
- Maintain an accurate trainer calendar with scheduling and availability information.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve operational challenges, streamline coordination, and deliver programs on time.
