Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and follow up on leads generated through marketing channels.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs by promoting relevant courses.
- Build client relationships, answer questions, and provide tailored information about courses, schedules, and benefits.
- Act as the primary client contact during the sales process and support a positive customer experience.
- Research training needs and tailor the sales approach.
- Suggest course-offering improvements based on feedback and market trends.
- Record sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
