Promotes the company's training products and services and converts prospective clients into enrolled students.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing channels and convert prospects into enrolled students.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs by promoting relevant courses.
- Build client relationships and address questions and concerns about training programs.
- Provide accurate information about courses, schedules, and benefits, tailored to individual client needs.
- Serve as the primary client contact throughout the sales process and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Research prospective clients' training needs and tailor the sales approach.
- Suggest course-offering improvements based on client feedback and market trends.
- Maintain accurate sales activity and client interaction records in the CRM system.
