Role overview
Operate tower cranes safely and efficiently to lift, move, and position materials on building construction projects.
Key responsibilities
- Operate tower cranes to lift and move construction materials according to site requirements.
- Follow approved lifting plans and safety procedures.
- Coordinate lifting operations with riggers, signalmen, and site supervisors.
- Inspect the crane daily and report defects or malfunctions.
- Comply with UAE safety regulations and company HSE standards.
- Communicate with ground personnel and prevent unsafe lifting activities.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of tower crane operator experience; UAE building construction experience is preferred.
- Hold a valid UAE-recognized tower crane operator competency certificate or licence, as applicable.
- Know crane operations, load limits, lifting procedures, and site safety.
- Understand lifting signals and follow site instructions.
- Immediate availability is an advantage.
Pay
- Pay starts at AED 2,500 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person.
