Manage overall site construction activities and project execution.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise Project Engineers, Site Engineers, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with the Project Director, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor progress, manpower, materials, equipment, and productivity.
- Review construction programs and support timely completion of planned activities.
- Resolve technical, site, and coordination issues.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, HSE requirements, and company procedures.
- Attend project meetings and provide progress updates to management.
- Monitor costs and support resource and budget control.
- Coordinate inspections, testing, approvals, and project handover.
- Maintain project documentation and close out project works.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- At least 10 years of relevant construction experience; UAE building construction experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, project execution, and site management.
- Experience managing multiple teams and subcontractors.
- Good knowledge of UAE construction practices, HSE, and quality requirements.
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant construction/project management software.
Pay
- Pay starts at AED 20,000 per month.
