Manage and control materials, tools, equipment, and inventory at a construction site.
Ensure proper documentation and timely availability of materials.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies; maintain stock records and inventory levels.
- Issue materials to site teams against approved requests and monitor consumption and stock balances.
- Prepare GRNs, material issue notes, and other store-related documents.
- Conduct physical stock checks, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure proper storage, identification, and preservation of materials.
- Coordinate material requirements with the Site Engineer, Procurement, and Project Team.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store area and follow material control and documentation procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Storekeeper in a construction company; UAE experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of construction materials, tools, and equipment and understanding of inventory and stock control procedures.
- Basic computer knowledge; MS Excel or ERP systems experience is an advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills; ability to work independently and maintain accurate records.
- UAE construction site experience is preferred.
Pay
- Pay is up to AED 2,500 per month.
