Surveying and setting out
- Carry out accurate setting-out works for building construction activities.
- Establish and maintain grid lines, benchmarks, coordinates, reference points, and levels.
- Survey excavation, foundations, columns, walls, slabs, beams, and other structural works.
- Check alignment, elevation, dimensions, and levels of construction works.
Drawings, records, and coordination
- Read architectural, structural, civil, IFC, and shop drawings; follow approved drawings and project requirements.
- Conduct site measurements, verify completed works, and prepare as-built survey information to support as-built drawings.
- Coordinate with site and project engineers, QA/QC engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Identify and report discrepancies between drawings and actual site conditions.
- Maintain records of measurements, calculations, and field data; assist with measurement, level, coordinate, and quantity-related requirements.
Equipment
- Operate Total Station, Auto Level/Digital Level, GPS/GNSS, and other surveying equipment.
- Maintain and calibrate surveying instruments.
Pay
- Pay is AED 5,000–6,000 per month.
Work location
- Work location is in person.
Requirements
- Carry out surveying according to approved drawings and project requirements.
- Operate Total Station, Auto Level/Digital Level, GPS/GNSS, and other surveying equipment.
- Read and interpret architectural, structural, civil, IFC, and shop drawings.
- Maintain survey records and ensure surveying instruments are properly maintained and calibrated.
