Third Key Holder, Visual role responsible for visual, merchandising, and marketing directives.
Works with management to support efficient store and stockroom operations.
Responsible for store operations in the absence of team leaders.
Responsibilities
- Oversee opening and closing, store cleanliness, restocking, merchandising, customer service, and team supervision.
- Create a friendly customer environment by greeting and acknowledging customers, re-approaching them, and knowing the products.
- Process purchases at the register.
- Follow company policies and support the Store Manager in maintaining company standards.
- Perform other related duties as directed by the Store Manager.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience.
- Excellent selling and customer service abilities.
- Strong time management, priority-setting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to delegate, take ownership, and lead a team positively and inclusively.
- High school diploma is an asset.
Physical requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods and climb a ladder.
- Ability to move, lift, and handle merchandise and fixtures weighing up to 30 pounds.
