The Third Key Holder assists with visual, merchandising, and marketing directives and supports efficient store and stockroom operations.
When the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent, the role is responsible for store operations and team supervision.
Responsibilities
- Oversee opening and closing, store cleanliness, restocking, merchandising, customer service, and team supervision when managers are absent.
- Provide friendly customer service by greeting and acknowledging customers, re-approaching them, and knowing the products.
- Process purchases at the register.
- Follow company policies and support the Store Manager in upholding employee-manual standards.
- Perform other related duties as directed by the Store Manager.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of retail experience.
- Excellent selling and customer-service abilities.
- Strong time-management, priority-setting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to delegate tasks, take ownership, and lead a team positively and inclusively.
- High school diploma is an asset.
Physical requirements
Stand for extended periods and climb a ladder.
Move, lift, and handle merchandise boxes and fixtures weighing up to 30 pounds.
