The role
The Third Key Holder, Visual, handles visual, merchandising, and marketing directives and supports store and stockroom operations.
When team leaders are absent, the role is responsible for store operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee opening and closing, store cleanliness, restocking, merchandising, customer service, and team supervision when team leaders are absent.
- Create a friendly customer environment by greeting and assisting customers and knowing the products.
- Process purchases at the register.
- Follow company policies and support the Store Manager in maintaining company standards.
- Perform other related duties as directed by the Store Manager.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of retail experience.
- High school diploma is an asset.
- Excellent selling and customer service abilities; strong time management, prioritization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to delegate, take ownership, and lead a team positively and inclusively.
Physical requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods and climb a ladder.
Move, lift, and handle merchandise and fixtures weighing up to 30 pounds.
