The WMS Product Manager owns the business use of Ardene's warehouse management system and ensures it supports warehouse operations, business processes, and supply chain objectives.

The role translates warehouse needs into business requirements and priorities aligned with supply chain strategy.
Responsibilities
- Support warehouse users through issue triage, troubleshooting, guidance, and follow-up.
- Coordinate issue resolution with the WMS vendor and IT, and manage the improvement backlog.
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, inventory accuracy, service levels, and warehouse efficiency through WMS use.
- Define business requirements for enhancements and coordinate their delivery with IT and the vendor.
- Coordinate testing, training, and readiness for system changes; develop and support warehouse super users.
- Partner with warehouse operations, supply chain leadership, IT, and the vendor on current and future WMS needs.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, distribution, logistics, supply chain, or a related environment.
- Hands-on WMS experience; retail, distribution, or high-volume warehouse experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management.
- Experience supporting warehouse users, working with WMS vendors, improving processes, and implementing system enhancements.
- Experience with user testing, training, and warehouse change implementation.
- Fluent spoken and written French and English; able to communicate across teams, work under pressure, and manage multiple priorities.
