The Third Key Holder, Visual, handles visual, merchandising, and marketing directives and collaborates with management on store and stockroom operations.
In the absence of team leaders, the role is responsible for store operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee opening and closing, store cleanliness, restocking, merchandising, customer service, and team supervision.
- Create a friendly customer environment by greeting, acknowledging, and re-approaching customers and knowing the products.
- Process purchases at the register.
- Follow company policies and support the Store Manager in maintaining company standards.
- Perform other related duties as directed by the Store Manager.
Qualifications and physical requirements
- Minimum one year of retail experience.
- High school diploma is an asset.
- Excellent selling and customer service abilities; strong time management, priority-setting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to delegate tasks, take ownership, and lead a team positively and inclusively.
- Able to stand for extended periods, climb a ladder, and move, lift, and handle merchandise and fixtures weighing up to 30 pounds.
