Third Key Holder, Visual, responsible for visual, merchandising, and marketing directives.
Collaborates with management on efficient store and stockroom operations and oversees store operations when team leaders are absent.
Responsibilities
- Oversee store opening and closing, cleanliness, restocking, merchandising, customer service, and team supervision.
- Create a friendly customer environment, greet and acknowledge customers, re-approach them, and maintain product knowledge.
- Process purchases at the register.
- Follow company policies and support the Store Manager in maintaining company standards.
- Perform other related duties as directed by the Store Manager.
Qualifications and physical requirements
- Minimum one year of retail experience.
- High school diploma is an asset.
- Excellent selling and customer service abilities; strong time management, prioritization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to delegate, take ownership, and lead a team positively and inclusively.
- Able to stand for extended periods, climb a ladder, and move, lift, and handle merchandise and fixtures weighing up to 30 pounds.
