The Third Key Holder, Visual, is responsible for visual, merchandising, and marketing directives and collaborates with management on store and stockroom operations.
When team leaders are absent, the role is responsible for store operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee opening and closing procedures, store cleanliness, restocking, merchandising, customer service, and team supervision when team leaders are absent.
- Create a friendly customer environment by greeting, acknowledging, and re-approaching customers and maintaining product knowledge.
- Process purchases at the register.
- Follow company policies and support the Store Manager in ensuring employee-manual standards are followed.
- Perform other related duties as directed by the Store Manager.
Qualifications and physical requirements
- Minimum one year of retail experience; a high school diploma is an asset.
- Strong selling and customer service abilities, time management, priority setting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to delegate tasks, take ownership, and lead a team positively and inclusively.
- Able to stand for extended periods, climb a ladder, and move, lift, and handle merchandise and fixtures weighing up to 30 pounds.
