The Third Key Holder, Visual is responsible for visual, merchandising, and marketing directives.
The role collaborates with management on efficient store and stockroom operations.
In the absence of team leaders, the role is responsible for store operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee opening and closing procedures, store cleanliness, restocking, merchandising, customer service, and team supervision.
- Create a friendly customer environment by greeting, acknowledging, and re-approaching customers and maintaining product knowledge.
- Process purchases at the register.
- Follow company policies and support the Store Manager in ensuring standards are followed in accordance with the employee manual.
- Perform other duties as directed by the Store Manager.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience.
- High school diploma is an asset.
- Excellent selling and customer service abilities.
- Strong time-management and priority-setting skills; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to delegate tasks, take ownership, and lead a team positively and inclusively.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods and climb a ladder.
- Move, lift, and handle merchandise and fixtures weighing up to 30 pounds throughout the store.
