Temporary Third Key Holder replacement position supporting visual, merchandising, marketing, and store operations.
Collaborates with management and assumes responsibility for store operations when team leaders are absent.
Responsibilities
- Oversee opening and closing, store cleanliness, restocking, merchandising, customer service, and team supervision when managers are absent.
- Welcome customers, provide product knowledge, and create a friendly shopping environment.
- Process purchases at the register.
- Follow company policies and support the Store Manager in maintaining company standards.
- Perform other related duties as directed by the Store Manager.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience.
- Excellent selling and customer service abilities.
- Strong time management, priority-setting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to delegate tasks, take ownership, and lead a team positively and inclusively.
- High school diploma is an asset.
Physical requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods and climb a ladder.
- Ability to move, lift, and handle merchandise and fixtures weighing up to 30 pounds.
