The Third Key Holder supports visual, merchandising, and marketing directives and collaborates with management on store and stockroom operations.
When the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent, the role is responsible for store operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee opening and closing, cleanliness, restocking, merchandising, customer service, and team supervision when managers are absent.
- Greet, acknowledge, and re-approach customers, maintain product knowledge, and create a friendly environment.
- Process purchases at the register.
- Support company standards and policies and perform related duties as directed.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of retail experience.
- Excellent selling and customer service abilities; strong time-management, priority-setting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to delegate, take ownership, and lead a team positively and inclusively.
- A high school diploma is an asset.
Physical requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods and climb a ladder.
- Move, lift, and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures weighing up to 30 pounds.
