Supports QA governance for life and social insurance applications through test design and execution.
The role involves oversight, domain expertise, and stakeholder coordination.
Responsibilities
- Understand social insurance contributions, eligibility validation, benefits processing, and claims workflows.
- Review business requirements and raise functional or regulatory clarifications.
- Prepare test conditions, test cases, and test data to QA governance standards.
- Incorporate review comments and maintain test artifact version control.
- Execute tests and accurately record results and defects.
- Track defects, including re-raising and closure validation.
- Support the Test Lead with governance metrics, dashboards, and status reports.
- Follow QA standards, compliance requirements, and documentation controls.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree, MCA, or BE.
- Arabic-speaking candidate required for onsite support.
- 3–5 years of functional testing experience; life or social insurance experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of benefits administration and contribution-based insurance systems.
- Familiarity with test case design, execution, defect lifecycle management, and JIRA/ALM or equivalent tools.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
