Role overview

Business analysis and consultancy

• Act as the senior BA and key link between the London business, Riyadh Head Office, and the Finacle implementation team.
• Engage senior stakeholders and SMEs; lead workshops, process analysis, requirements definition, gap analysis, and impact assessments.
• Challenge requirements and working practices to identify simplification, standardization, and improvement opportunities.

Core banking transformation

• Analyze the impact of replacing Equation with Finacle across processes, people, data, systems, controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Support future-state process definition, local configuration requirements, and functional scope, drawing on existing Finacle capabilities.
• Define and validate data migration, interface, and system integration requirements.
• Identify and manage business, operational, regulatory, and implementation risks and dependencies.

Testing, migration, and readiness

• Support data migration validation, business testing, UAT, business simulation, and defect resolution.
• Develop and review test scenarios and scripts aligned with requirements and critical business processes.
• Support transition, cutover, training, communications, and business readiness, and provide implementation or post-go-live support when needed.

Business architecture and improvement

• Assess people, processes, data, compliance, and systems to identify operational pain points, risks, and opportunities.
• Contribute business capability, process, and systems views and identify operational improvement opportunities.
• Support a change roadmap aligned with strategic objectives, business value, risk, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and experience

• Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience in Business Analysis, Banking, Finance, Business, Technology, or a related discipline.
• Significant Business Analysis experience in financial services, preferably banking, including practical UK banking experience.
• Experience in core banking transformation, implementation, migration, or replacement programmes and packaged software solutions.
• Strong process analysis, requirements elicitation, gap and impact analysis, workshop facilitation, and senior stakeholder engagement experience.
• Experience translating business needs into functional and system requirements and analyzing data, interfaces, dependencies, and migration impacts.
• Experience supporting business testing or UAT and creating test scenarios and scripts.
• Experience working with both Agile and Waterfall delivery approaches.
• Relevant Business Analysis, Banking, or Financial Services qualifications are listed.
