Program planning and delivery

• Manage data-readiness dependencies for demand, inventory, product, and store master data with data and technology teams.
• Maintain project plans, roadmaps, and milestone schedules across active workstreams.
• Identify and resolve risks, dependencies, and blockers; report progress, budget utilization, and delivery health.

Coordination and stakeholder engagement

• Coordinate planning, merchandising, supply chain, and technology teams; facilitate working sessions, sprint reviews, and steering meetings.
• Manage dependencies across merchandise financial planning, assortment, allocation, replenishment, store transfers, pricing, markdown, and BI/analytics.
• Coordinate between business workstream leads and the RLM platform team; manage vendor commitments, escalations, and change requests.
• Prepare status reports, executive dashboards, and decision papers and communicate program objectives, risks, and outcomes.

Adoption and change management

• Design change management and training plans; define adoption metrics and monitor uptake across business functions.
• Deploy RLM dashboards and decision-support analytics and embed standardized ways of working aligned to platform capabilities.
• Capture and communicate business value realized from delivered capabilities.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Retail Operations, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of program or project management experience in retail technology, supply chain, or merchandising operations.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs involving RLM, planning, or supply chain platforms.
• Familiarity with the end-to-end retail lifecycle, including financial planning, OTB/APB, assortment, allocation, replenishment, transfers, pricing, and markdown.

Additional qualifications

• RLM platforms such as Blue Yonder, Increff, or comparable solutions, or cloud/AI-led retail solutions such as AWS, are an advantage.
• Exposure to demand forecasting, AI-driven pricing and markdown, inventory optimization, data readiness, and model adoption.
• Program management methods and tools, analytical and KPI skills, cross-functional influence, change management, and stakeholder communication.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive-level reporting and presentations.
